  1. Mix the satis and egg together,then seasoning as liked.
  2. Roll short crust pastry on a lightly dusted board into an oblong shape
  3. Put sausage meat across stripes of pastry.brush beaten egg along one edge and roll over, brush the roll with beaten egg on the surface then cut into pieces depending on length of choice.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20_30mins in between baking bring out rolls and brush again with beaten egg and return back into the oven until slightly golden brown in colour.
