Instructions to make Cake pops:

  1. Crush your cake. You can use a mixer or your hand.
  2. Add frosting and mix with hands. Add bit by bit until when you form a sizeable ball that doesn’t cble.
  3. You can use an ice cream scoop to get the same size… But if you don’t have it,worry not. Just use your fingers like i did. I made balls of 27g each. Refrigerate for 30mins.
  4. Remove from the fridge and using the double boiler melt your chocolate. Let both the cake balls and melted chocolate come to room temperature.

  6. Take a skewer, i cut mine into two equal sizes. Deep in dark chocolate, let excess chocolate drip and insert into the center of the cake balls, let it go atleast halfway through. Repeat for all.
  7. When you are done inserting the skewer. Take one at a time and deep the whole cake pops into the dark and white chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip and arrange them so that they dry out.
  8. Decorate as you desire. You can use sprinkles, vermicelli or melted chocolate.
  9. Let the kids enjoy.
