For Cucpcakes : in a mixing bowl sift togetherflour, baking powder & baking soda. in another mixing bowl whisk sugar, oil, vanilla extract, buttermilk & pink food coloring drops. add the sifted flour mixture. mix until everything is combined perfectly into a smooth paste and finally add the chocolate chips. mix well. preheat oven to 200c.
  3. Grease a cupcake tray & drop spoonful of batter into each of the greased cupcake moulds. bake for 15-20 mints or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Frost the cupcakes with lemon cream cheese frosting.sprinkle sum chocolate chips & serve.
