- Saute each vegetables seperately on high flame in a pan using olive oil. Season with salt pepper and oregano. Set aside.
- For mashed potatoes : Boil and mash the potatoes. In a pan heat the cream till it comes to a boiling point. Add the butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Switch off the flame and add the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well. Garnish with spring onion greens and set aside.
- For butter garlic rice: Cook and strain the rice and set aside. Heat butter in a vessel. Add chopped garlic and saute till light golden in colour. Add the salt and pepper, spring onions and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add the rice and toss everything well.
