- First add vinegar in milk and keep side for 10 minute.
- Now mix nicely all ingredients of cinnamon rolls apart from milk. Now slowly add milk and Knead a soft dough. (If milk & vinegar liquid is over and dough is not soft then add 1-2 tsp milk). Keep this dough for 10 minutes.
- After ten minutes take pan put salt in the bottom and keep plate which has hole. Cover and keep for preheat.
- Meanwhile roll the dough in rectangle shape thickness should be about 1/2 cm.
- Mix filling ingredients and spread it on rectangle chapati.

- Take muffin mold or small bowl, grease with oil and place roll in bowls and place bowl in preheat pan, cover it and let it get bake for 18-20 minutes.
